Value Added Voice Solution is a form of service which adds aditional features to customers' basic voice communication process of wire/wireless communication service provider in order to create added value; PRBT(Personal Ring Back Tone) service, CMS(Catch Music System) service, BGMS(Background Music System) service are such services.
PRBT and CMS services are the type of additional services which utilize audio channel before a phone call is established, whereas BGMS service is the type which provides additional audio service while a phone call is established. |
